Option 1 – In Clinic – Fully Practitioner Supervised Program
Our fully supervised program includes: Initial Health and Body Assessment using our Bio-Analysis program, body measurements and before and after photos.

Option 2 – DIY Self Managed
Our DIY option means there are No classes, No appointments, No ongoing commitment and No memberships at any time, unlike some other programs.
Whilst we do not recommend anyone attempt the program unsupervised, there are circumstances where a consultation is not available for whatever reason. For these client’s we have put together a few options to help you with the program.

We suggest that you also purchase a phone consultation with our naturopath at any time before or during your program if you feel that you need extra support and guidance.
